International Tour Guide Day 2023

On the occasion of International Tour Guide Day on Feb. 21, the Catania Tour Guide Association is offering free guided tours of the Monastery of St. Benedict in Catania’s Via Crociferi.

Visits will take place on Feb. 25 and 26, departing every full hour from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

On Sunday 26 the first round, scheduled at h. 11:30 a.m., will also include the dramatization of an excerpt from “Storia di una capinera,” an epistolary novel by Giovanni Verga about seclusion in the late 19th century.
